The rates listed are per performance. Weekly and monthly rates are available by contacting Broadway Management Group. The base rent for performances includes reasonable custodial staffing, heating and ventilation, basic lighting and voice sound amplification. Base rent does not include variable charges, such as labor or equipment.

Up to 5 hours of event/performance time: $550.00

Up to 10 hours w/ 2 performances per day: $1000.00
Equipment and labor charges apply.

Rehearsal rates are charged by the hour. One technician is required for all rehearsal time. Rehearsal rates include custodial, heating and ventilation.

One 8 hour day: $25/hr
Equipment and labor charges apply.

Labor for either rehearsal or performance is charged out at the following rates:

House Technician (required for all stage time): $25.00/hr

All other labor and operators: $25.00/hr

House Manager (required for performances): $18.00/hr
Time and one half is charged after 8 hours.

35 MM FILM SCREENINGS

5 hours (up to 2 screenings): $600.00

Additional screenings in one day $300.00 each

Half Day (4 hours) $450.00

Full Day (up to 8 hours) $700.00

Public address sound: no charge

Mackie sound mixer and playback: $50 per day

Marley Dance Floor $75 per event

Mason & Hamlin Grand Piano $50 per day

Video Projector $50 per day

Slide projector $20 per day

Orchestra Shell $10 /section/day
